Katerina's every morning yoga routine. It's a yoga workout called Surya Namaskar. Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) are a sequence of 12 powerful yoga poses. This yoga technique provide a good cardiovascular workout, stretch every part of the body, and when used with breath coordinate the body with the mind.
